Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We ship research chemicals worldwide with the exception of the UK, USA & Austria.

Do you offer tracking worldwide?

Yes. Everywhere that we ship to, we can track a package to.

What packaging do you use?

We use plain, discreet packaging, with no reference to research chemicals or Realchems. Everything gets sent as a letter.

Do you offer free samples?

No. Requests will be ignored. However, know that every order above $200 gets a free gift added to the order.

I have paid and sent proof of payment but not received a shipping confirmation?

Bank transfer and Western Union payments can take up to 5 working days. Crypto payments are instant but can take a day to administrate. We will do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience! 

What if my order does not arrive?

If you have chosen a tracked and insured shipping option, your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived three weeks after shipping

Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be attached to your order or shipment email, this may land in your spam folder. Trackers may not be updated until the following morning depending on volume of orders.

How do I track my order?

You can track your package online, using the tracking number provided to you via email.
